What are your prices?
To receive our pricing list, please email info@sentimentswithstyle.com.
A 50% deposit is required when you submit your images. The remaining balance will
be due before your album can be sent to print. We use PayPal for our online
transactions. However, if you prefer to mail in a check or money order, feel free
submit it with your images.
How do I get started?
Fill out our online Design Order Form and prepare your photos for submission. Send
us your fully retouched, color-corrected photos on a CD/DVD. See our Contact page for
mailing instructions. Once your CD/DVD arrives in our offices, we will notify you via
email. At that time, a 50% deposit is required before work on your album can begin.
Do you color-correct or retouch photos?
No, Sentiments with Style does not color-correct images. All images should be
corrected and retouched prior to submission.
Should I convert images from color to Black and White or Sepia?
We are happy to convert your images for you as we create your book. However, if there
are certain images that you definitely want in black and white or sepia, feel free to
convert them prior to submission. Our end-goal is to create one-of-a-kind album that
seamlessly tells your client's story, while maintaining your photographic style.
What is turnaround time?
Your digital file will be ready for review 10 business days after we receive
your images. We will send an email when your images have reached our offices.
Turnaround time may be extended if files are corrupt or the design form is not
filled out completely.
How will I know if when my design is ready?
You will be notified via email when your album is ready for review.
How will I show my clients the design?
When your design is ready, you will receive a low resolution .jpg file. That file can then
be shared with your client.
Can I make changes to the design?
Yes. Our prices include three (3) revisions to the initial design. Changes beyond this
are subject to a an additional charge / side revised
Do your prices include printing and binding?
No. However, we are happy to take care of ordering your album for you.
Who do you use for printing and binding?
We use Asuka Book for all of our printing and binding needs. They offer a quality album
that is unsurpassed. Their book and size options offer something for everyone's taste
and budget.
Will you work with another publisher?
Yes. We are happy to send your completed files to a publisher of your choice. Keep in
mind, however, that the ordering process may be delayed if it isn't someone we have
worked with in the past. Most publishers require verification as they only work with
professional design agencies. Not a problem, it's just a process that may take 2-5
business days. We will do every thing on our end to help this process minimally affect
your delivery time.
